CrowdFunding Incubator LLC (“CFI”) provides a highly-visible interactive platform for Promoters, Owners, Entrepreneurs and Sponsors to post their Projects for the public to see and learn about. Interested and motivated viewers can then select a Project (or several Projects) of particular interest to them and to make cash contributions directly through our website through their computers or mobile devices.

Project Promoters are required to fill in a fairly thorough Project Submission Form which provides a great deal of information and detail about the nature of their propositions, their anticipated use of proceeds, their plans and intentions and other important bits of intelligence which CFI uses to determine whether or not their Projects are suitable for listing in one of our Pavilions. Our evaluation process is extensive, and Projects which we do not believe are destined for success, or which do  not offer enough to prospective Contributors are not listed. This process enables CFI, as well as our Project Contributors, to feel confident that the Projects which we have selected, and to which they have contributed will be likely winners.

CrowdFunding Incubator is more selective about the Projects which it chooses to display on its site that other platforms. We require that value be given to Contributors, and that no selected Project will fail in the event that a certain threshold minimum of proceeds is not raised. This allows us to make payments to the managers of Projects in phases or installments, and eliminates the “all or nothing at all” types of under-the-gun propositions from even being displayed in our Pavilions.

We do not make any offerings of securities in any of the Project companies, nor do we act at any time as financial planners, investment advisors or sureties to any of our Contributors or Project Sponsors. Simply put, we provide a stage for the best Projects to be viewed by prospective Contributors.

This site also contains tips, tricks, tools, advice, referenced articles and virtually limitless resources for start ups, early-stage ventures and cause-based [Not-For-Profit or NGO] organizations and projects about crucial aspects of planning, funding, mentoring, management, marketing, joint venturing and IT. In addition to our crowd funding platform we have close relationships with Accredited Angel Investors, Private Equity Firms, Venture Capitalists and a host of non-bank financing alternatives (invoice discounting, purchase order funding, factoring advances, international trade financing and credit guarantees) for domestic and foreign businesses and projects of virtually every type.
